Uniting Borders 2025 – An Inclusive Art Exhibition
The Academy of Special Dreams and The Alhambra Initiative proudly present Uniting Borders 2025, a groundbreaking art exhibition that celebrates creativity without limits. This extraordinary showcase features emerging local talent alongside international artists from Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, the USA, and Spain.
Through original works of art, our diverse group of artists reflects the richness of society—embracing differences in race, ethnicity, gender, age, and abilities. Together, they embody the belief that the struggle for social justice must include everyone, including people living with disabilities.
Reception: September 17th at 5:00 PM. at Alhambra City Hall at: 111 S 1st St, Alhambra, CA 91801
“This exhibition is not only a celebration of creativity,” said Michael Dergar, CEO of the Academy of Special Dreams, “but also a reminder that art has the power to unite communities, educate society, and empower all voices.”
Music will be provided by the talented Joe LoPiccolo, a professional guitarist, and we are grateful to the Alhambra and Monterey Park Rotary Clubs for volunteering their support at the event.
Local artists will also be present on the day of the reception to share their work in person.
