Thank you Mr. Ruiz. I feel blessed to be recognized by Academy at the event. I want to continue to encourage people with special needs with such wonderful talents that never have been shown or recognizable. I applaud for the team who build this organization to help people with special needs. The Org will always have my support 100 percent.
Congratulations on receiving a scholarship last night at the Vive The Special DREAM Exhibition 2009 at Alhambra High School Library. It is so important on several levels that we recognize your artistic talent – first, because it’s simply amazing; second, you embody the love of the family; and third, you are such a good role model for everyone not just the special needs community to admire and emulate.
Hugo is a very talented young man, and the desire to overcome any obstacle. Always willing to help others, especially the deaf since he’s deaf too. We are very proud to be his parents.
